Newly appointed leader of Youth Evangelical Fellowship (YEF) Manila, Sister Bhel Alolor, began evangelizing online through their YEF Facebook page.
She shares that though it was difficult for her to evangelize online because she didn’t have much prior knowledge about social media platforms, this doesn’t mean that she won’t try to explore and learn many things about this field. In this week, she’s learned how to edit photos that she uploaded to the Facebook page. Even though this was hard for her, she has trust in God that He will help her learn everything for His kingdom.
“I was reminded from Isaiah 54:2 it says,” she quotes, “‘Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; do not hold back; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes.'”
She strives to extend her tent and not hold back what God has planned. She recognizes that on this path of faith, she may be afraid of trying new things, because she’s doing things that she hardly knows about. But, God is showing the leader that even if she know nothing, she will be an insturment for Him to spread His Gospel.
“I am not alone,” she proclaims.
So she should not be afraid and she prays to catch this oppotunity to serve God because this is His blessing.
